Natalie Hoffer is an Editor of Children’s Discipleship and Intergenerational Resources at David C Cook. Raised overseas by missionaries and a leader at her local church for the last twenty years, Natalie has been involved in ministry of various forms since birth. After receiving her BA from Wheaton College in Philosophy and English Literature, she went on to work in law and politics, gleaning not just skills but the insight that that information is not synonymous with influence. Since working as a freelancer and then full time with David C Cook, Natalie has focused her time on things that matter: writing and thinking about faith, family, and how to be more fully human. She lives in suburb of Chicago with her husband, a professor of the New Testament, and three boys. Despite the occasional woodworking project, baking feat, or vanquished philosophical text, she considers nurturing these three humans to be her life’s greatest accomplishment.
