Michayla is Jewish believer in Jesus who is passionate about her family, the discipleship of the kids in her life, serving in her congregation, coaching leaders across the country, and pouring into the vision of The Sabbath Table—a ministry she and her husband co-founded. Her background is in international para-church ministry for over 15 years focused on the discipleship of kids and families—most recently as the CEO of a global children's ministry leadership organization. With degrees in psychology, Christian counseling, and Christian life coaching, her approach to teaching and spiritual formation combines the rich lens of her ethnic and spiritual heritage with a deep respect for the unique ways God has made people in his image.
