For the past 25 years, Glen has been deeply focused on personal discipleship and equipping young leaders to grow into healthy, effective disciple-makers. He has served in both large and small churches as a lead pastor, executive pastor, campus pastor, youth pastor, and church planting coach. As an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church, he loves walking alongside emerging leaders to help them lead from a healthy identity and empowering them to multiply through abiding in Christ.
Glen is a graduate of Wesley Seminary with an MA in Ministry, and is married with four kids who love Jesus. He is at his best when good coffee and good chocolate are nearby!
